How to deactivate a user account
Steps for a user to deactivate their facilities access (and stop the associated fees):
- Log into MUMMS.
- Click on the “Manage Your Services."
- Remove any services you no longer need.
Steps for a user's supervisor or supervisor administrator to deactivate a user's account:
- Log into MUMMS.
- Click on “Manage Users.”
- Select the user in question and choose "Request Inactivation" on the user's main page.
