Please note that all purchase orders must include all users’ names and the following disclaimer: Processing at MIT.nano is carried out on a reasonable basis. Users will be charged for time and materials as incurred. No warranty is implied regarding process steps or final device performance. The requester assumes responsibility for all process charges within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Processing will be halted for delinquent accounts, and lab access rescinded.

Do you have an MIT ID number?

Select 'Yes' if you have ever had one in the past, e.g. as a student or previous MIT affiliate.

Do you have a Kerberos username (i.e., an MIT email account)?

Select 'Yes' if you have ever previously had an @mit.edu account, even if it is currently inactive.
If you do not remember your Kerberos username, please enter "don't remember."

MIT IDs and Kerberos/MIT email accounts are MIT-issued credentials. If issued to me through MIT.nano, I will only use them for my own authorized access to MIT.nano facilities. No other use is permitted.
